The Bill (Reg.№36852) envisages legislative defining of the lawful, organizational and finance basis for the regulation of the social relations arising while land areas for the social needs assignment.
The Members of the committee declared that during the elaboration of the bill more than 307 motions were directed and the majority of them were scrutinized.
According to the Bill, "mandatory assignment of the land areas and properties situating on its territory it is transference of the property right for the land areas or other objects of the fixed property on its territory that are in the private property to the state of territorial community cause by the social necessity after the court resolution".
